Patient Coordinator (Wytheville)

Part time 16-18 hrs/week, Tu/Wed 830-500

The person in this role manages initial client care in a fast-paced environment including greeting clients, facilitating initial paperwork, answering phones and scheduling appointments. This position supports client services staff via data entry, clerical duties, and general office management. The Patient Coordinator reports directly to and works closely with the Center Director to carry out the mission and vision of the PRC Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

  1. A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, including active membership and participation in a local church.
  2. Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the sanctity of human life.
  3. Agree with and be willing to uphold the Statement of Faith, Statement of Principle, the Mission Statement, Core Values of the organization and policies of the center.
  4. Skilled in data entry, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, office communications, office procedures and equipment, client relations, answering phones, staff support, and task management.  
  5. Self-motivated, dependable, independent worker, and responsible.
  6. Be able to remain professional under pressure and provide calm customer service in all circumstances.
  7. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred.
  8. Experience in a related field preferred.
