The Pregnancy Resource Center is currently seeking applicants for the following positions:
Nurse Manager
Full time, 35-40 hours per week, benefits included
The Nurse Manager provides compassionate support and care to patients while maintaining professional standards of care and best practices. The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing, managing, assessing and evaluating the medical services provided by the PRC while adhering to established medical policies and procedures. The Nurse Manager leads, trains and governs the staff nurses in conjunction with the PRC team of physicians to assure that patients are receiving the best medical care possible. The nurse manager works closely with the Medical Director and the CEO to carry out the vision and mission of the PRC Board of Directors.

- A strong commitment and dedication to upholding the sanctity of all human life.
- Agreement with and willingness to uphold the Statement of Faith, the Mission Statement and the Center’s policies.
- Has a sincere desire to serve abortion-vulnerable and abortion-minded women with compassionate medical services.
- Demonstrated ability to hold strict patient confidentiality and to serve all patients with integrity and compassion.
- Demonstrated success managing services and staff in a growth oriented environment.
- Skilled computer proficiencies to accurately manage patient charting.
- Holds a current Registered Nurse’s License in good standing with the State Medical Board.
- 3-5 years experience is preferred.
Communications Manager
Part Time, 25 hours a week
The Communications Manager manages all communications and client outreach resources to promote the mission of the PRC. Promotions include, but are not limited to materials for donor events, client outreach events, fundraisers, regular written publications, website information and more. The Communications Manager implements the VWC’s client outreach plan in the community. By utilizing a professional team of designers, marketing professionals, and website professionals, the Communications Manager will create and distribute and promote online and physical materials to use with donors and potential clients. The Communications Manager works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Associate Director to carry out the mission and vision of the PRC Board of Directors.

- Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the sanctity of human life.
- Agree with and be willing to uphold the Statement of Principle, Statement of Faith, the Mission Statement, Core Values and policies of the center.
- Skilled in one or more of the following areas: communications, graphic design, website management and/or marketing.
- Willing to learn at a consistent pace to keep the organization moving forward.
- Has a proven work ethic and ability to complete many tasks in a face paced environment, in addition to proven success negotiating projects with multiple staff or community resources.
- Self-motivated, dependable, responsible.
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college preferred.
- 2 years experience in a related field preferred.
Events Coordinator
Part time, 25 hours per week
The Events Coordinator is primarily responsible for planning and executing the PRC’s fundraising and supporter events including, but not limited to, the Baby Bottle Campaign, Annual Fundraising Banquet, and Walk for Life. The Events Coordinator plans, implements, and coordinates community activities and fundraising efforts that will cultivate engagement with supporters. Through well executed events, the Events Coordinator will encourage, maintain, and increase the awareness and financial support of the mission of the PRC. The Events Coordinator works closely with the Associate Director and CEO to carry out the mission and vision of the PRC Board of Directors.
Qualifications:

- A strong commitment and dedication to upholding the sanctity of all human life.
- Agreement with and willingness to uphold the Statement of Faith and Principle, the Mission Statement, Core Values of the organization and the center’s policies.
- Proven experience in leadership, fundraising and strategic planning.
- Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point, data management/event software and Google Suite.
- Skilled in event management, public speaking, strategic planning, data management, and interpersonal relationships as expressed in all communications.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred in an applicable field
- Self-motivated, dependable, responsible and works well with a team.
- 2 years experience in related field preferred.
Flex Nurses
Part Time, as needed
The Flex Nurse (RN) works under the direction of the PRC Nurse Manager to provide Christ-centered compassionate medical care to those making significant life choices through free pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, STI testing/education, medical assistance and support. The Flex nurse implements best practices within medical policies and procedures established by the PRC Medical Director and CEO to achieve the mission prescribed by the PRC Board of Directors. Must be willing to work in any of the PRC’s three clinics to cover shifts where needed.

- Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the sanctity of human life.
- Agree with and be willing to uphold the Statement of Faith, Statement of Principle, the Mission Statement, Core Values of the organization and policies of the center.
- Must hold a current RN license in good standing with the VA Board of Registered Nurses.
- Skilled in interpersonal relations, compassionate and professional medical care.
- Demonstrated administrative and nursing skills with a proven success in achieving professional objectives and goals.
- Is computer proficient for the daily tasks of client charting, etc.
- Self-motivated, dependable and responsible.
- A minimum of two years nursing experience is preferred.
